Exciting Tech Tools and Volunteer Engagement: Your Input Needed!
As we kickstart our 3.0 plan, let's focus on technology today. Thanks to our partnership with Journeyage, an external vendor, two new tools are coming your way.
Journeyage is our new learning management system, designed to complement the BSA Training experience while building the Grand Canyon Council's unique culture. We've got two courses live now:
- GCC 3.0: A New Day in Scouting: This one's for unit-level folks, introducing you to GCC 3.0.
- Introducing Unit Coaches: Targeted at unit commissioners, this course takes a deep dive into the role of a Unit Coach.
PLUS, complete the first course, "GCC 3.0: A New Day in Scouting," and you'll get a FREE collectible council shoulder patch (CSP). Finish the "Introducing Unit Coaches" course as a unit commissioner, and you'll receive a FREE collectible neckerchief.

Volunteer Engagement: Your Input Needed! Remember, our strength lies in our volunteers, and we need everyone outside the unit level to determine what role they would like to serve in GCC 3.0 as we move forward.
To better understand your interests and skills, please take our Volunteer Engagement Survey. It's quick, just about 10 minutes, and it lets you share your Scouting history, what you love about volunteering, and how you'd like to contribute in the future.
