Philmont Scout Ranch: Wednesday 06-10-2026 to Wednesday 06-24-2026

Scouting Arizona is sending a crew of up to 12 Scouts and adult Advisors. We’re welcoming both male and female participants—just make sure we have the right number of Advisors (we need at least 3 adults, with one male and one female for coed crews).

If you're a youth, you’ll need to be at least 14 years old or have completed 8th grade and be 13 years old by the time the trek starts. Participants aged 18-20 can join as either youth or adult crew members. All participants need to have their medical forms (parts A/B/C) completed and meet BSA height/weight standards—sorry, no exceptions on this!

What you need to know:

Total Contingent Fee: $2,125 (covers the trek, round-trip transportation, custom crew shirt, and more) Scholarships are available to help with costs—check the link for more info.

Fee Schedule:

• At Registration: $300 deposit (secures your spot and scholarship application)
• October 1, 2025: $787.50 Philmont Advance
• February 1, 2026: Scholarship application deadline
• March 1, 2026: $787.50 Philmont Balance
• May 1, 2026: $250 final payment
