Lead with Confidence at National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) Course

Scouting Arizona is encouraging young women in Scouts BSA to attend the May 2026 National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) course. NYLT is Scouting America’s premier youth leadership program, designed to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and inspire Scouts to lead in their troops, crews, and communities.

Eligibility requirements:
• At least 13 years old
• Earned the rank of First Class
