Do you know a Scout who leads by example, serves their community, and embodies the values of Scouting? Now is the time to recognize them!
Scouting Arizona, Grand Canyon Council is proud to recognize eight outstanding Scouts each year who demonstrate exceptional leadership, service, heroism, citizenship, and Scout spirit across all programs — Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venturing, Sea Scouts, and Exploring.
✨ Scouts of the Year will receive:
- 🎓 A $500 scholarship toward higher education
- 🏆 Recognition as a 2027 Scout of the Year
- 🎤 Opportunities to serve as a youth spokesperson for Scouting Arizona
- ⭐ A distinguished achievement to highlight on school, scholarship, and award applications
- 📺 Opportunities to be featured in local news, media stories, Scouting Arizona events, and council publications
Throughout 2027, selected Scouts will share their stories, inspire others, and represent the impact of Scouting in Arizona.
