Wood Badge is more than training. It’s a one-of-a-kind leadership experience designed to strengthen how you lead, serve, and support youth in Scouting.

Across two immersive weekends, you’ll build practical leadership skills, expand your Scouting toolkit, and connect with fellow leaders. You’ll return to your unit with new ideas, greater confidence, and tools you can put into action.
